How will this affect Sellers?

• Ability to access specific files that normally would only be able to be faxed and/or mailed.
      
• No more waiting on a FedEx package or fax machine paper jams, etc...
       
• After we approve that it's necessary for you to view certain information on a listing, you will receive an email from BrokerFiles explaining how you may login along with your user name and password.  The email will also state how long your access user name will be valid.  After set a time frame (set by the broker), the user name and password will automatically expire!
     
• We track you activity while you are logged in to BrokerFiles.  We're able to tell if you viewed the information or had problems doing so.  We also track your IP address to tell where you accessed the information from so that in the case you are in breach of our confidentiality agreement, we may take proper legal action.  
      
  Confidentiality is key to BrokerFiles thus gives us the ability to effectively manage and control our listing's information.
      
• You must digitally agree to our office's Confidentiality Agreement before your allowed to completely log into BrokerFiles to view the information you've been given access to.  This allows us to ensure the company owners of confidentiality via the internet.
    

• BrokerFiles will not in any way affect or change any methods of keeping information less/more confidential than any previous method.
      
• BrokerFiles DOES NOT allow just anyone to have access to information in our account.  Only person(s) that we grant permission can have access to "specific" files in which we control from our online control panel.
       
• All persons that log into our BrokerFiles account will have to agree to our custom Confidentiality Agreement and Policies.  If they don't agree then they will not be allowed to login completely.  The person(s) must digitally agree every time he/she logs into BrokerFiles.  This is an added bonus of security provided.
      
• With our BrokerFiles account, we're able to track each person we give access to your information.  We can share this with you and will show as a record of our work and commitment in selling your company.
      
• Security is very important to our office.  The technology used in BrokerFiles is of the highest standard and is like no other on the market today!  In fact, some aspects of BrokerFiles is patent-pending.
